- Government-issued photo identification — customers are encouraged to have ID available to help verify vehicle ownership, though we cannot guarantee verification will occur in every transaction

- Google — Our website uses Google reCAPTCHA, which transmits certain data (such as IP address and browser behaviour) to Google for spam prevention. Google's privacy policy governs this data.
We may also disclose personal information if required by law, court order, or government regulation.
05. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected:
- Quote requests and inquiries: Retained for up to 90 days after the inquiry, then deleted.
- Service records: Retained for up to 7 years for warranty, legal, and accounting purposes.
- Vehicle ownership verification documents: Not retained after ownership is verified and service is completed.
- Payment records: Retained as required by Canadian tax law (generally 6 years).
